Kotex Overnight Pads Fall Apart After Opening the Package

I purchased Kotex overnight pads from the ŞOK supermarket on Sıhke Street in the Ali Paşa neighborhood on Wednesday, September 23. When I opened the package, I noticed that the cotton-like material inside each pad had fallen apart and come loose, along with the protective adhesive strip on the underside. The same problem affected every pad in the package, not just one.

Since this is a product women rely on during their most sensitive and personal days, experiencing such a quality issue was extremely disappointing and undermined my trust in the brand. I was unable to use the pads and had to throw them away. I then had to spend additional money to purchase another pack to meet my needs, resulting in a financial loss.

I no longer have the package or batch information because I threw it away when I realized I could not use the products. To resolve this issue, I request that a replacement pack be sent to me in place of the defective products I had to discard. I also ask that the necessary quality inspections be carried out and appropriate measures be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems.
