My eFootball Account Email Was Changed Without My Permission

I had linked my eFootball Mobile account to my email address, but yesterday, on 12 October 2026, someone appears to have changed the email linked to my account without my permission. Since this change, I have completely lost access to my eFootball account and can no longer log in. I am requesting that my eFootball/Konami account be recovered and that my profile and game data be restored to me. I also want my account to be secured so that this kind of unauthorized change cannot happen again.
