Konami eFootball Coins Keep Deducting From Negative Balance

I have been experiencing a serious balance issue in Konami’s eFootball mobile game since May 7, 2026. Whenever I log into the game, my in-game currency balance appears as negative -1058, and every time I add new currency, the system automatically deducts it from this negative balance.

There was also a campaign inside the game where players were given 50 in-game coins, but that amount was instantly subtracted and applied toward the negative balance as well. Because of this, I no longer feel comfortable making any new purchases, since every top-up immediately disappears into the negative balance and leaves me with nothing usable.

I have not used any cheats, violated any rules, or engaged in any suspicious behavior, so I do not understand why such a debt or negative balance appears on my account. I request that Konami investigate the negative balance issue on my account, correct the error, and restore my in-game currency balance back to normal.
