Konami eFootball Lost My Account After Factory Reset
I can no longer access the eFootball account I have been using for a long time. On May 18, 2026, after my phone was reset, I logged back into the game only to find that my account had completely disappeared — I was unable to reach my old account at all.
That account contained a very high-level squad that I had built up through significant time and effort. After logging back in following the phone reset, my old account did not load, and what appears now looks like a brand new account starting from zero.
I have not yet contacted the Konami support team about this issue. I am requesting that eFootball and Konami fully restore my account from before the phone reset, along with my high-level squad, exactly as it was.
