E Football Konami Account Hacked and Unable to Log In
I can no longer access my E Football Konami account as it constantly shows a network error. I tried resetting my password, but my registered email has been removed and the password was changed without my authorization. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account. I have spent significant time and money building this account and purchased many players, and now all my efforts have gone to waste. If I cannot regain access to my account, I demand a full refund of the money ($) I spent on in-game purchases. This issue needs urgent resolution, either by restoring my account or refunding my payments.
