I Face Konami Two Step Verification Lockout After Phone Loss

I was using a Koonami account linked to the email address monzooale***@gmail.com, protected with two-step verification. On the morning of March 14, my phone suddenly shut down and stopped working. Since I had not set up a recovery email, I am now unable to receive any verification codes or complete the two-step verification process on my new device.
I still know the correct password for my Koonami account, and it is also saved on another email account. However, despite having the correct password, I cannot log in because the two-step verification is blocking my access.
I have not been able to find or contact Koonami customer support to resolve this issue, which has left me completely locked out of my own account.
I am requesting that the two-step verification on my account be disabled or that an alternative identity verification method be provided so I can regain access. I would also like to update my email or recovery options to prevent this issue from happening again in the future.
I am ready to provide any necessary information to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account.
