Give Back My eFootball Mobile Account

Four days ago my Konami eFootball mobile account was hacked. After this incident, the email address and password linked to my account were changed without my permission, and I lost access to the account completely. When I try to log in now, I receive an error on the screen stating “Network Error Occurred – An invalid command has been detected. CODE::C_NAJM_0028,” and I cannot access my eFootball account or my in‑game progress. I kindly request that my hacked Konami eFootball mobile account be investigated, that the unauthorized changes (email and password) be reversed, and that my original account and all associated data be restored to me as soon as possible.
