I have ordered from Klarna but have not received anything. How do I proceed with the order?

If you have ordered with Klarna but have not received the goods, you should take the following steps:

Check the status of your order using the tracking number you received from the store. This will allow you to find out where your delivery is and when it is expected to arrive.

If no shipping information is available or the delivery is severely delayed, contact the store directly. Only the retailer can check the status of your order or arrange a replacement.

If the payment date is approaching and you still haven't received your order, report the problem to Klarna. Log in to your account, select the affected order and click on “Report a problem”. This will pause the payment until the issue is resolved.

Check your emails and push notifications regularly. Klarna may request additional information to investigate the matter further.

It is advisable to keep all relevant documentation such as order confirmations and emails until the issue is fully resolved.
