Send My Money Back Please

On 17 March, I placed an order for two dresses from Kiyafet Sepeti via their website kiyafetsepeti.com while I was in Sweden. After placing the order, I was informed that the dresses I had ordered were not available and I was offered a voucher instead of my purchase. I clearly rejected the voucher and requested a refund of the amount I paid. The total I paid for this order was 1,483 SEK. I contacted Kiyafet Sepeti customer service about the refund and each time they told me that they would send the money back. They then directed me to contact their finance department via WhatsApp. Despite following this instruction, no refund has been made and my messages on WhatsApp are no longer being answered. As of today, I am still waiting for the refund of 1,483 SEK that has not been paid back to me. I find it unacceptable that the products are unavailable, I am pushed to accept a voucher, and then my refund request is ignored. I request an immediate full refund of 1,483 SEK to the card I used for the purchase, without any further delay.
