Kıyafet Sepeti Sent Me a Defective Dress and Won't Refund Me

On June 26, 2026, I purchased a dress from the Kıyafet Sepeti website for approximately $174. My order number is #1326554. After receiving the dress and inspecting it carefully, I discovered that it was defective.
As soon as I noticed the defect, I contacted the company, sent photographs clearly showing the issue, and requested a refund. Despite providing the requested evidence, I have not received any response, and my return request has not been processed.
I paid a premium price for this dress, and the quality falls far below what was advertised or reasonably expected. The product is simply not worth what I paid.
I request that Kıyafet Sepeti accept the return of this defective item and issue a full refund of the $174 to the credit card I used for the purchase. I am ready to return the dress immediately using freight collect (seller-paid shipping). If my refund is not processed promptly after the item is returned, I will pursue all available legal remedies to protect my consumer rights.
