"Locking A Ticket" At Kiwi.com And Then Not Being Able To Pay The Rest
We locked in 2 tickets for round trips from Izmir to Dubai and paid 2000 TL for it. We had 3 days to pay the remaining amount, which was around 22,000 TL. Over the 3-day period, we attempted to pay using three different bank cards, but none of them were accepted by Kiwi, not even the card we initially used to lock in the ticket. There's no customer service available—just a chatbot that doesn't function properly. There's no WhatsApp number to call from Turkey. During this time, the ticket prices increased, and we lost the money we paid to lock the tickets. Trusting Kiwi turned out to be a mistake, and we need a refund of the money we paid for the reservation.
