Kiwi.com Refunded $190 Instead of Airline-Approved $270

I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com for a Denpasar to Istanbul flight scheduled for August 23. After the ticket was canceled, the airline approved a refund of $270, but Kiwi.com only refunded $190 to my account.

Kiwi.com has not provided a satisfactory explanation for the approximately $80 difference, and I have not received any clear information or written documentation explaining the deduction. I did not purchase any additional services, so this unexplained difference has caused me financial inconvenience and seriously damaged my trust in Kiwi.com.

My reservation number is 828617493. I request that the full $270 refund approved by the airline be paid to me, or that Kiwi.com provide a clear and understandable explanation of exactly which fees or items resulted in the approximately $80 deduction and which terms of the agreement were used as the basis for the deduction. Because of this experience, I do not plan to use Kiwi.com again.
