Kiwi.com Customer Demands Refund for Canceled Antalya to London Flight

I purchased a flight from Antalya to London through Kiwi.com for approximately $164. The flight was later canceled, but I did not receive a refund for the ticket.

I submitted a refund request through Kiwi.com for this flight, reservation number 809 784 866. I received an email stating that my refund request had been denied, but no satisfactory or detailed explanation was provided for the decision.

I also contacted customer service and received a negative response, but I was not given a clear explanation of why the refund was denied or on what basis the amount I paid was being withheld. Even though the flight was canceled, I still do not understand why I have not received a refund for the ticket.

I request that Kiwi.com conduct a detailed review of my refund case for this canceled flight, provide a clear and understandable written explanation of the rules and reasons under which my refund was denied, and reconsider my case so that I can receive the refund I am entitled to.
