Kiwi.com Provided A Limited Refund for Mistaken Cancelation
On April 16th, I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com (reservation number 5165***27). I unintentionally booked it as a'saver' fare without realizing what that entailed. My daughter accidently canceled the flight while I was seeing it on my computer screen. I indicated that it was a mistake, stated that I did not want a refund, and requested that the ticket be rebooked for the same date. But I got nowhere with them. They have limited my account to 10 Euros and are highlighting it, but I don't understand how this works. We paid the company €650 but cannot get it back. They just refunded me ten euros. What else do they want? Don't we have a right to make mistakes? I don't really get the scenario.
