I ordered the Kitchenaid Gurme Chef, and to my surprise, the product arrived broken. I immediately shared photos upon receiving it, but five days later, I feel like I need a course just to understand their procedures. Selling the product is quick, but the real challenge seems to be the post-sales support. My frustration is at its peak, and it’s even worse when a company you think is professional drags out the process, moving slowly and making things more difficult. If a product is defective, it should be handled just as efficiently as the sale. At this point, I neither want the product nor to hear the Kitchenaid name again. With their convoluted procedures, I’m done with Kitchenaid for good.
