Karcher K3 Pressure Washer Failed Within One Month Of Purchase
The Karcher K3 high-pressure washing machine that I purchased from Karcher Tic. A.Ş. on April 9, 2026, developed a malfunction before even completing its first month of use. Because of this issue, I sent the product to technical service on April 22, 2026, for inspection and repair.
After the service examination, I was informed that the malfunction was allegedly caused by heavy use and classified as user error. Based on this claim, I was asked to pay a repair fee that was almost equal to the original purchase price of the machine.
I clearly stated that I do not accept this charge because it is not normal for a product to fail within such a short time, and I do not believe the malfunction was caused by user misuse.
As a dissatisfied consumer, under service record number 2054953, I request that the pressure washer be repaired free of charge under warranty or, if possible, replaced with a new product.
