I Face Karcher WV6 Not Cleaning Properly Despite Using Original Detergent
About a month and a half ago, I purchased a Karcher WV6 glass cleaning device from an authorized Karcher dealer. I bought the product to make window cleaning easier, but instead, it has done the exact opposite. Every time I use it, it leaves rubber marks and streaks on the glass. I’ve tried cleaning the windows first, then using Karcher’s own glass detergent with plenty of water, but I keep getting the same poor results each time.
I contacted customer service, and they asked me to send the product to the service center. When I did (Service Record No: G25165460535), they claimed there was nothing wrong with the device and returned it to me. However, when I tested it again, the problem persisted, and my windows were still covered in streaks.
Since I haven’t been able to get any satisfactory performance from this device and have been clearly disappointed, I request a refund for the ₺4,500 I paid for the product.
