Justdone AI Auto-Enrolls Free Trial User into $29.99 Unlimited Monthly Plan

I recently signed up for what was clearly presented as a free trial of the Justdone AI detector service. Despite this, my payment card was charged 29.99 USD yesterday and 29.99 USD again today, for a total of about 60 USD, on two consecutive days. In the order confirmation email, the subscription is described as an “Unlimited Monthly Plan” with a price of 29.99 USD, and in another email it is stated that my plan was changed from “Trial” to “Monthly” and that I would be billed 29.99 USD. I did not intend to start a paid monthly subscription, did not knowingly approve repeated charges, and registered on the understanding that I was only starting a free trial. These charges are therefore not in line with what I understood and agreed to when registering. I request a full refund of the total amount charged (60 USD) and the immediate cancellation of the “Unlimited Monthly” subscription so that no further payments are taken from my card.
