1) Prove the Expert Mismatch
Collect screenshots showing:
• Your original question/category
• The expert’s credentials
• The conversation, especially where the expert:
o Admits the topic is outside their field, or
o Gives vague / off-topic guidance, or
o Redirects you to another profession
2) Request Refund
• Ask for manual review of the expert assignment
• Request escalation to Billing or Quality Assurance
• Ask them to verify the expert’s credentials against the selected category
3) If Support Delays or Refuses
