Jalwa Game Deposit Not Credited After ₹1,000 Bank Payment

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a ₹1,000 deposit that I made in the Jalwa color prediction game, which has still not been credited to my game wallet. On April 8, 2026, I deposited ₹1,000 directly from my bank account into the game, but the amount never appeared in my Jalwa wallet.
I have contacted in-game customer support multiple times about this issue. They continue to claim that they have not received my deposit, even though the money has already been successfully debited from my bank account. I have also provided my bank transaction history and official bank statement as proof of the payment. Despite submitting all required documents, my report keeps getting rejected and the issue remains unresolved.
As a result, my ₹1,000 is effectively stuck, even though I have completed my part of the transaction and provided all necessary evidence. I request that my deposit be credited to my Jalwa game wallet immediately without further delay, or that I receive a clear explanation as to why the payment has not been processed despite the confirmed debit from my bank account.
