I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a failed deposit to my Jalwa Game account made through Paytm from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. On April 22, 2026, I deposited ₹2000 into Jalwa Game using my merchant route, but the amount has still not been credited to my Jalwa wallet. My Jalwa Game ID is 8424893. The payment of ₹2000 was successfully processed by Paytm to the merchant Nur Alom (UPI ID: q393869255@ybl). The UTR for this transaction is 603252725121. I have an official Paytm Payments Bank PDF statement and a complete transaction video clearly showing that the payment was successful. Paytm Bank has also created an official service request for this case with SRN: 20260425-paytm-8842 and has confirmed that the amount has been settled to the merchant Nur Alom. Despite this, my Jalwa Game wallet has not been credited.
I have contacted Jalwa Game support multiple times through your portal and Telegram. Each time, I receive standard automated replies stating that the payment was “not received,” even after I shared the official Paytm PDF and video proof. I also tried to reach out to the merchant Nur Alom directly but received no response. This situation appears highly suspicious, especially since a smaller deposit of ₹100 was credited instantly, while this ₹2000 deposit is being held without any proper explanation. I have already registered an official dispute with my bank under SRN: 20260425-paytm-8842 for suspected fraud. I am now in the process of reporting this matter to the cyber cell and NPCI so appropriate action can be taken and the merchant account of Nur Alom (q393869255@ybl) can be investigated and, if necessary, blocked to prevent further misuse. As a local resident and promoter in Meerut, I am fully prepared to file a formal complaint with the local cybercrime office and submit all my evidence. My clear expectation is that my ₹2000 should be immediately credited to my Jalwa Game wallet for ID 8424893 or fully refunded to my original Paytm Bank account without any further delay. I also demand a written explanation clarifying why this payment has been withheld for three days despite having complete and verified proof of a successful transaction. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with formal complaints to cybercrime authorities and NPCI, along with all supporting documents, transaction videos, and Paytm Bank records.
