I Don't Receive My Deposit Money

Today I deposited ₹250 into my Jalwa Game account via UPI, but the amount was deducted from my bank and has not been added to my Jalwa Game wallet. In addition to this, the app is not showing the deposit history for this transaction, so I have no record inside the game to track or confirm it. I request that Jalwa Game urgently investigate this missing deposit and add the ₹250 to my Jalwa Game wallet as soon as possible, based on the UPI payment that has already been deducted from my account.
