Hint Converted My $1 Soulmate Sketch Purchase Into an Unwanted Subscription

I recently saw an advertisement for Hint on Instagram and purchased only a soulmate sketch for approximately $1 through the ad link. I did not subscribe to any service or authorize any further payments. However, on 26/05/26, an amount of around $49 was unexpectedly deducted from my Commonwealth Bank account without my consent. At no point was I clearly informed that I was entering into a recurring subscription or agreeing to a higher payment. I consider this $49 charge to be unauthorized, as I intended to pay only for the one‑time soulmate sketch. I request that the $49 amount be fully refunded to my account and that any existing or hidden subscription or recurring payment related to this transaction be immediately identified and cancelled so that no further charges are made to my card. I also expect clear written confirmation once the refund is processed and the subscription, if any, has been cancelled.
