Unban Umingle - Got Banned By Misunderstanding

I am writing regarding my permanent ban from the Umingle website and I request that my account be unbanned, as I believe the ban was issued due to a clear misunderstanding. My account is registered with the email address drunkz***@gmail.com and the related ticket number is 8739733b. The ban was applied on 28 May 2016 at around 5:20 PM. During a chat, another user asked me to guess his age. I typed “16” in the chat as a guess, and later it turned out that he was actually 14. Shortly after this message, my account was permanently banned. From the way the system reacted, it appears the site interpreted my message as if I were declaring that I myself am 16, which is not the case. I did not intend to violate any rules, and my message was only a response to the other user’s request to guess his age. I also saw that an unban is being conditioned on paying 10 dollars. I do not find it fair or reasonable to pay for an unban when the situation is based on a misunderstanding of a single message and I did not willfully break any rules. I have not paid this amount and I do not wish to do so. Since I could not find a clear support contact on the Umingle site, I am using this complaint to ask that my case be reviewed. I kindly request that Umingle carefully check the chat logs and the context of the conversation linked to ticket 873973b and remove the permanent ban from my account without requiring any payment.
