Maximum Troy Campaign Misleading Promise And Late Card Delivery

I would like to report that I was misled by İş Bankası due to the Maximum Troy credit card campaign, and I find it unacceptable for customers to be treated this way. On 25–26.10.2025, I received a call on behalf of İş Bankası, and the customer representative described a campaign similar to one that took place in August. I was told that if I received the credit card, I would earn ₺500 for a single purchase of ₺2,500, up to a total of ₺5,000, for transactions made until 31.12.2025. I clearly stated that I would accept only if these conditions and dates were valid, and I gave my approval on that basis. However, the card was delivered to me only on 01.12.2025. When the campaign period became so limited, I realized I would not be able to benefit from it and contacted customer service, where I was told that I could not participate. In other words, I was persuaded through a campaign promise made over the phone, but due to the late delivery of the card, the commitments given were not actually fulfilled. Following this, I cancelled the card on 02.12.2025. My İş Bankası customer number is 430221***, and I was included in this process after being contacted by phone. I request that İş Bankası stop misleading customers with such campaigns simply to issue credit cards, review the campaign procedures and the commitments made by customer representatives, and take the necessary steps to prevent similar situations from occurring again. I also request a clear explanation as to how such a delay occurred after the campaign commitment was given.
