Requst For A Full Refund Under Unauthorized Payment Charged - IQScore.ME
I used the IQScore.Me service for the first time on 7 July 2026, where I deliberately paid only 1 USD to take a test. Apart from that one test, I did not intend to start or continue any paid subscription, and I did not knowingly authorize recurring payments. Today I noticed that IQScore.Me had charged me 14.99 USD via Apple Pay as a subscription fee. I was not informed clearly that a subscription would start after the 1 USD test, and I did not consent to any ongoing charges. As soon as I saw this unexpected payment, I immediately canceled the subscription. I have not yet contacted either Apple or IQScore.Me support. Through this complaint, I would like a full refund of the 14.99 USD taken for this unauthorized subscription, and I request confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
