IQScore.ME Unauthorized Charge Needs a Full Refund

I am writing regarding an unexpected charge of USD 14.99 made by IQScore.ME on June 5, 2026. I took an IQ test on your website on 24/07/1969 via the page https://iqscore.me/account/profile and afterwards I noticed this charge on my account without having been clearly informed or having knowingly approved any paid product or subscription under the name “Iqscore.AA 24/7/69”. Since I did not intentionally purchase a paid service or agree to a recurring subscription, I consider this transaction unauthorized and I am dissatisfied that there is no clear customer contact or support response about this issue. I kindly request the full refund of the USD 14.99 that was charged and, if there is any active subscription or paid plan linked to my account, I also request that it be cancelled so that no further amounts are charged. I would like written confirmation once the refund has been processed and any subscription has been cancelled.
