IQScore.me Made Unauthorized Charge On My Mastercard
On 26 May 2026, I was charged 14.99 USD by IQscore.me on my Mastercard from Bank Yahav in Israel without my permission. Before that, they charged 1 USD, which I understood and accepted, but I did not agree to any further payment or subscription beyond that initial 1 USD charge. Despite not giving any authorization for a 14.99 USD payment or for any recurring service, this amount was still debited from my card. I consider this an unauthorized and unfair charge. I request the immediate cancellation and full refund of the 14.99 USD, the termination of any subscription or paid service that may have been created in my name without clear consent, and a written notification confirming that the charge has been reversed and that no further amounts will be taken from my card.
