IQScore Hidden Fees

I recently discovered that the website iqscore.com/us has been repeatedly charging my debit card without my clear consent. At the time of sign‑up, I was informed that there would be only a $1 fee, but instead $14.99 has been withdrawn regularly, sometimes every month and sometimes even every couple of weeks. So far, a total of $89.94 has been taken from my debit card under the name IQscore. These repeated $14.99 withdrawals are clearly visible in my bank transaction history and I did not agree to such recurring payments, nor was I clearly informed that this would be a subscription with repeated charges. I request that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card through iqscore.com/us be cancelled immediately. I also ask that you confirm in writing that no further withdrawals will be made from my account.
