IQscore Weekly Subscription Not Cancelled – Charged After Request
I have a weekly subscription with IQscore that I tried to cancel on 6 July 2026. Despite my intention to stop the service, the subscription was not cancelled and I was charged 14.99 USD, which I did not intend to pay. I have already contacted IQscore customer service about this situation, but my subscription still appears to be active. I do not want to continue using the service and I do not want to be charged again. I kindly request that my weekly IQscore subscription be cancelled immediately and that you confirm in writing that no further charges will be made to my account.
