I Want to Cancel IQScore.ME Subscription And Get Refund

I am a user of Iqscore.me with the email address I believe to be registered as farahdyla***@gmail.com. I subscribed via your website to a plan that I understood to be $1 per week. However, since 13 June 2026 I have been charged $1 per day instead of once per week, and these deductions have continued up to today. When I tried to manage or cancel my subscription through your website, I could not find any option to cancel. Because of this, I have been unable to stop the daily charges and the payments are still being deducted from my account. I request that my Iqscore.me subscription be cancelled immediately, that all daily charges taken from 13 June 2026 until today be fully refunded, and that any future automatic deductions from my payment method be stopped. I kindly ask you to review my account and confirm the cancellation and refund in writing as soon as possible.
