MagSafe Silicone Case for iPhone 16 Pro Max Peeling Apart—Not Durable
I purchased a MagSafe Silicone Case in blue for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, expecting durability and protection. However, every time the case falls, small pieces break off, as shown in the attached photos.
When I brought this issue to Apple's attention, their representative simply stated that this is normal. But isn’t the whole point of a phone case to protect the device from drops and impacts? Why is it falling apart so easily despite being a premium product? I paid a significant amount for this case, and it is not living up to expectations.
Apple, I expect a proper response and a resolution—whether it's a replacement or a refund. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m waiting for Apple’s response!
Apple did not respond, I am still using the case, the case cracks and breaks against impacts, the product is not successful. Apple is a global brand, of course, they will not respond to me for a case, but still, the coating of this product is unsuccessful, currently, the product is defective, I do not recommend it.
