I Face Repeated Wrong Shoe Size Delivery from Intersport Website

I purchased a pair of Jordan Flight Club 91 White/Red sneakers (product code 555475-101) in size 42.5 from Intersport’s official website on April 19, 2026, paying $115. My order, number 8321395582123087, was delivered today, but once again, I received size 44 instead of 42.5.
Previously, I bought the same shoes from the Intersport seller via Sanal Çadır and experienced exactly the same issue. When I compared the boxes from both orders, I noticed a serious discrepancy in the size labeling. On the correctly labeled product, the manufacturer printed US 9 / UK 8, and the Turkish label matched this as “Size: 9,” clearly based on the US size. However, on the product you sent, the manufacturer printed US 10 / UK 9, yet the Turkish label still says “Size: 9.” This shows that you used the UK size as the reference but entered it into the system as if it were the US size.
As a result, instead of receiving US 9 (which corresponds to EU 42.5), I was sent UK 9 (which corresponds to EU 44), and this has now happened twice. Repeating the same mistake has caused both a waste of time and a loss of trust. It feels like I need to memorize every international shoe sizing system just to ensure I receive the correct size.
I have already submitted a return/exchange request for the incorrectly delivered item. I also reported the issue through your WhatsApp support line, where I was simply told to send an email. For such a clear and repeated error, I expected a more proactive and solution-oriented response.
Due to this experience, I expect Intersport to provide a clear explanation, issue an official apology, and offer a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. Additionally, I request that you urgently fix the size labeling and system matching error and implement proper checks to ensure that other customers do not face the same issue.
