My Account Suddenly Blocked

Today my Instamatch account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. When I try to log in, I cannot access my account at all. I contacted customer support, but they were also unable to clearly tell me what happened or why my account was blocked. There is more than 22,000 in my Instamatch account balance, and I am currently completely unable to access or use this money. This situation is creating a serious loss of trust and financial stress for me, especially since no concrete reason or official explanation has been given. I request that my Instamatch account be immediately reactivated so that I can access my account and funds again. If my account will not be reactivated, then I demand that my entire balance, which is more than 22,000, be refunded to me without delay, along with a clear written explanation of the reason for this blockage.
