Hint Unauthorized Charges Without Consent

I recently discovered that Hint America charged my Chime account for a subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. On May 14, 2026, I authorized a $1.00 charge for a sketch, believing it to be a one-time payment only. However, on May 22, 2026, an additional charge of $29.99 was taken from my account for a subscription I did not consent to or agree to. I have already contacted Chime and filed a dispute regarding the unauthorized $29.99 charge, but the process is taking longer than I would like, and they advised me to reach out to the merchant directly to try to resolve the issue. I did not knowingly enroll in any recurring subscription or ongoing service with Hint America, and I was not clearly informed that my $1.00 sketch purchase would result in a $29.99 subscription charge. I request a full refund of the $29.99 that was charged without my authorization and immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my account, along with confirmation that no further amounts will be deducted from my Chime account for any Hint America services in the future.
