My Instagram Account Was Possibly Hacked And I Lost The Email Linked

I have been unable to access my Instagram account for a long time and I need support to recover it through an alternative verification method. I do not remember the email address or the password registered to the account anymore, and I also do not have access to the phone number that was linked to it. I suspect that my phone may have been stolen and that the account might have been hacked or taken over. I had this Instagram account for about two years and it contains my personal contacts, including someone named Dylan, and other information that is connected to me. However, since I no longer have my old Android device where the account was logged in and I do not remember the registered email, password or phone number, I cannot complete the standard recovery steps. I have already tried Instagram’s help options, but they did not work and I still cannot regain access. I am requesting that my identity be verified through another method and that I be given access back to my account, or at least clear guidance on a way to confirm ownership without the old email, password or phone number. I would like Instagram to review my situation in detail and offer a solution so that I can either recover my account securely or protect it from any unauthorized use.
