Manual Identity Verification And Reaccess

I have been unable to access my Instagram account for about six months because I no longer have access to the phone number that was linked to it and I also cannot use my backup codes, as I lost my Android phone. Since losing the phone, every login attempt has failed at the security step that requires the old number or backup codes. I contacted Instagram support and explained that I lost my phone and therefore cannot receive SMS verification or use the previously saved codes. Despite this, the only response I received was that they cannot help me without access to that phone number, which leaves me completely stuck and unable to recover my own account. I am requesting that Instagram/Meta initiate a manual identity verification process using alternative methods, such as ID verification or other security checks, and then restore my access to my Instagram account without requiring the old phone number or backup codes.
