I Can't Access My Instagram Account

I am having a serious access problem with my Instagram account with the username “@c.chx.dgf”. I can no longer log in because I have lost access to both the email address and the phone number that were linked to this account, and the phone I previously used for login is also broken. For the last two months I have not been able to enter the account. When I try to reset the password through the Instagram app on my Android phone, the system always offers recovery options that use my old contact information, such as sending a code to the phone number or email address that I no longer have access to, or through WhatsApp linked to that number. Because I cannot receive any of these codes, I am completely stuck in the login and password reset process. I would like Instagram to help me verify my identity with alternative methods and update the email and phone number on the account so that I can regain access to “@c.chx.dgf”.
