Kindly Request To Reactivate My Instagram and Facebook Accounts

I am writing regarding the sudden suspension of my Instagram and Facebook accounts, which are used in Nepal and are somewhere between a personal and business use. My Instagram ID name is "शु_क्र" with the username "the_imaginary_man", and my Facebook ID name is "शुक्र राई". On July 3, my accounts were suspended without any clear reason or prior warning, and since then I have been unable to access them for almost a week. When I try to log in, I only see a direct appeal notice, but no clear explanation of what policy I may have violated or why the suspension occurred. As part of the appeal process, I completed the appeal form, went through the requested face recognition verification, and also submitted my citizenship ID exactly as asked. Despite fulfilling all these verification steps and following the instructions, I have not received any response or clarification so far. These accounts are important to me, and the lack of transparency and communication has been very distressing. I kindly request that my accounts be reactivated as soon as possible and that I be given a clear explanation for the suspension. I also expect an apology for the inconvenience and lack of information I have experienced during this process. I would like to emphasize that I have always tried to follow the platform rules and I strongly believe that this suspension is a mistake.
