My Instagram account was suspended without any reason on 2 April and it is still not accessible. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about which rule I allegedly violated, and I only realized the situation when I could not log in. After the suspension, I followed the instructions on the screen and sent my ID for verification as requested. However, I have not received any response from Instagram since then, not even an informative email about the process, and my account remains suspended. I request that my account be immediately reactivated as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided, if there is any alleged violation. I expect my situation to be urgently reviewed by a relevant team and my access to my account to be restored.
