Instagram Suspended My Hacked Account and Blocks Recovery Process

My Instagram account with the username “ozlem_kısa__25” was accessed without my permission, and shortly after it was stolen, it was suspended. Even though I still have access to the email address and other contact information associated with the account, I keep receiving an error during the identity verification step required to recover it, and I am unable to complete the process. For the past two days, I have been trying to verify my identity, but because I cannot upload my ID through the system, I have not been able to regain access to my account. This situation is causing me serious distress both in terms of security and because I actively use this account. I am requesting that Instagram investigate the error occurring during the ID upload process, conduct the necessary checks, restore my account to me, and reactivate my suspended account under the username “ozlem_kısa__25.”
