InShot Pro Subscription Cannot Be Canceled Despite Multiple Attempts

I purchased an InShot Pro yearly subscription through my Vodafone line using carrier billing. However, despite trying to cancel this subscription for the past 8 days, I have been unable to do so, and it still appears as active.

I attempted to cancel it Google Play, used the “restore purchases” option the app, and even sent an email to the InShot support team. Despite all these efforts, I have not received any result or confirmation regarding the cancellation.

I initially received an SMS from Vodafone confirming the subscription, but even with this, I cannot properly manage or cancel the yearly subscription that will be charged to my bill.

I request that my InShot Pro yearly subscription be canceled immediately and that no additional charges be applied to my Vodafone line.
