Unwanted Charge For Unwanted Innerly Subscription

I recently completed an online IQ test that was advertised as costing only $0.99. After finishing the test, I discovered that I had been enrolled in a subscription, and the company attempted to charge me $39.99 USD instead of the small one‑time amount I had agreed to. As soon as I saw the $39.99 subscription and the attempt to charge this amount, I declined the payment and immediately canceled the subscription on August 15, 2026. Since then, I have declined every further attempt to charge $39.99 and have not allowed any of these payments to go through. I never knowingly agreed to a $39.99 subscription, and I consider this practice misleading. I request that my subscription be fully canceled, that no current or future charges be requested or processed on my payment method, and that I receive clear confirmation that no further billing attempts will be made.
