I used the selfcore.me website around two months ago to take a one‑time IQ test for about 2 dollars and I did not knowingly agree to any subscription or recurring payments. Despite this, I have now discovered that I have been charged 36.99 USD twice by selfcore.me, one charge today and another charge exactly one month ago, which I did not authorize or expect. I consider this situation to be an unwanted and misleading subscription trap, as I only intended to make a single, low‑amount payment for an IQ test. I was not clearly informed about any recurring fees, and I did not consent to a monthly subscription or further charges to my card. I request an immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account or card on selfcore.me, and a full refund of both 36.99 USD charges that were taken without my clear consent. I ask that you confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
