Ikea's Delivery Partner Fails

Ikea purchases in Turkey are delivered by ARVATO, their logistics company. Ikea provides a specific delivery date and promises a 30-minute call before delivery to ensure a smooth process. However, my experience today was anything but smooth. The delivery guy arrived without calling me, and he was rude and unprofessional when I explained that I was expecting a call and wasn't at the apartment. It's an EMPTY apartment, so why should I wait there all day, especially when Ikea informed me about the specific delivery time and the call? No one called! To make matters worse, they treated me as if I made a mistake. As a paying customer, I expect better service and timely deliveries. Ikea's choice of business partner is weak, yet they continue to charge extra for delivery. This miscommunication and unprofessionalism are disappointing, and I feel let down as a consumer. Ikea should improve its delivery service and choose better partners to maintain customer satisfaction.
