IKEA Refused to Provide Replacement for Broken Sandsberg ADDE Chair Parts

The Sandsberg/ADDE series chairs I bought from IKEA turned out to be quite flimsy, and over time, fractures occurred. I contacted customer service on January 16, 2025, to report the issue, expecting a replacement, but they instead informed me that I would need to pay for the broken parts. Since the warranty had expired and I had no other option, they scheduled an appointment for me to purchase the necessary parts—two seat parts and one back part—for ₺528 at the Bayrampaşa Forum IKEA store on January 29, 2025. However, on January 27, an IKEA representative called to inform me that the supply of materials was delayed, and the delivery was rescheduled for February 13. Then, on February 12, just a day before the new delivery date, IKEA contacted me again to say that the materials could not be provided and directed me back to the start of the process. Meanwhile, the same product is available in online stores and other locations, particularly in Ankara and Izmir, yet they refuse to fulfill my request. IKEA has been a huge disappointment.
