We were hoping for a trouble-free delivery and installation process when we ordered a closet and a bed from IKEA. They are known for being practical and quick right.  However, I was met with nothing but rudeness throughout the entire encounter. The assembly was supposed to take place on June 5 but we got a call saying they couldn't make it. To say that this initial failure was frustrating would be an understatement. first they rescheduled it to the following morning, later they texted to say they would now arrive in the afternoon. Excuse me but do you think I just sit around and wait for your arrival?? That's why we schedule things?? You can't keep breaking it. Would expect it from many but Ikea!! what an unprofessional attitude from a legend.
