The hinges on the PAX wardrobe I purchased from the IKEA Meydan AVM (Buyaka) store on September 14, 2026, were defective from the day I purchased the product. When I open and close the wardrobe doors, the hinges seem to come apart and fall apart, making it impossible for me to use the wardrobe properly.

Even though the product is still very new, I do not believe the quality of these hinges meets IKEA’s standards. To ensure that I can use my wardrobe safely and for a long time, I request that the existing hinges be replaced with more durable, higher-quality hinges.

I kindly ask IKEA to investigate this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible.
