IKEA Installation Service Fail
We decided to work with IKEA for our new house's kitchen and designed a kitchen project at the mall. After all the checks, measurements, and team visits to the house, they arranged a date for the installation. On that date, the installation team did not find our wall safe and said that we could not mount upper cupboards. It was a normal excuse when you think about safety, but they visited the house three times before installation and said that everything is proper and there is no problem. After all, they also held me responsible for taking the necessary actions to make the wall safe for the installation.
