IKEA Didn't Send The Delivery and Assembly Staff At The Scheduled Time
The Ikea team did not come to do the paid installation when they said. I took time off from my workplace and took care to be at home. but the Ikea Türkiye bursa team acted irresponsibly. first, the part came broken, we waited 1 week for the change. We called several times to have them bring the part. The piece has arrived. They did not come even though they gave the day for the assembly. Why did we make an appointment then? If it meant nothing why did we go through all that trouble to set a date with you guys, I could have just so easily found someone in my area and get them do it as I wished.
